Collaborative Conferences
A parent-teacher conference is a team effort that where parents and teachers work together to coordinate the best possible way to educate the child being discussed. The conference is a time for listening and sharing on the part of the parents and the teacher. The conference should be a continued form of communication between the parents and the teacher. I hope to start the school year with a good form of communication with the parent in hopes of building upon that for the rest of the school year.
